Some of the services provided by the Safety Engineering division include:

Project Safe Georgia
Project Safe Georgia (PSG) is a coalition of hundreds of business, government, and academic professionals volunteering to address the safety, health, environmental, and workers' compensation needs of all Georgia businesses, especially smaller ones who may lack internal resources. Confidential communications to protect the privacy and identity of a company are offered through the PSG network.

Confidential Safety and Health Consultation Service
Upon request, and at no charge, a staff member of the Georgia Tech Research Institute will make an on-site visit to your place of business.

Violence in the Workplace Seminars
These seminars, presented to employers, employer committees, or at conferences, offer information and data on how to recognize and prevent costly workplace violence.

Georgia Safety, Health, and Environmental Conference
This annual conference brings together some of the nation’s top experts on workplace safety. As a part of this conference, the Department of Labor also sponsors an Awards Program designed to recognize and promote safe work places.
