Description:
The Receptionist/Accounting Clerk will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks as well as processing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Job duties will include: Answering telephones and directs caller to the appropriate associate as well as transferring calls. Greets and directs visitors to the company as well as maintaining visitor log. Receive, sort and delivery incoming mail. Handles all certified or other outbound mail. Assist with scheduling company cars and conference rooms. Process Sales orders. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with coordination of event planning or customer meetings. Inform management when employees have left voice messages at front desk. Monitor security cameras. Ensure 5S is completed in foyer and executive conference room. May be required to run errands for company. The hours for this role are Full-time, Permanent; Retirement benefits include 401K; Insurance benefits include Dental, Health, Life, Disability and Vision.

Requirements:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 24 Months
