Report Suspected Unemployment (UI) Benefit Fraud & Abuse (e.g. Individuals receiving UI and not reporting earnings, not searching for work, currently incarcerated, not able to look for or accept work, or self-employed)
Report a Job Refusal or Interview Refusal (e.g. Individual was offered a job and refused the job or refused a job interview)
Report A Failure to Report to Work (e.g. Individual accepted a job and did not report to work)
Report a Refused or Failed Pre-Employment Drug Test (e.g. Individual was offered a job contingent on passing a Pre-Employment Drug Test and either refused to take the test or failed the Pre-Employment Drug Test)
