Identify Verification Requirement
You must verify your identity to establish and/or change your password and PIN.
Instructions:
You must use a mobile phone, laptop or computer with a camera to complete the ID.me verification. If your device does not have this capability, start over using a device that meets this requirement. If you do not have a device that meets this requirement, please report in person to your local career center for assistance.

You will return to this application after you verify. If you close the page or are not redirected to this application, go back to the online service link you wish to use at dol.georgia.gov and start over.
Your ID.me credentials must be used to complete this process.
If you previously completed the ID.me verification, you will be required to sign in to your existing ID.me account.
If you have not previously verified with ID.me, you will be required to create an ID.me account and follow the instructions to complete the identity verification process.
You must indicate that you allow ID.me to share your personal information with GDOL.
Otherwise, GDOL will not be notified when you successfully verify your identity and you will not be allowed to add or change your password or PIN.
